From Data to Design –
A UX Researcher's Approach to Problem Solving

Introduction

Great design is grounded in empathy and evidence. I never design in a vacuum—user research fuels every decision I make. From journey mapping to usability testing, my process ensures that real user needs shape the end product.

My UX Research Process

1. Define the Problem: Align with business and user goals

2. Choose Research Methods: Surveys (Google Forms, Typeform), Usability tests (Maze, Lookback) or Interviews and contextual inquiries

3. Synthesize Insights: Use affinity mapping and personas

4. Translate to Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Conclusion

UX research is about listening deeply and designing wisely. When done right, it removes guesswork and leads to products that resonate. My strength lies in turning complex user needs into elegant solutions.
